Americans are afraid that foreigners come to buy what they call “The American Dream”.

The lack of transparency regarding the way of completion of some of these giant investments, make some analysts assert that America is starting to become occupied by Arabs.
Yet, there are analysts who see these real estate investments as opportunities such as jobs creation and taxes to be collected to the governmental budget.
However, Peter Morici, professor at the University of Maryland, says that the lack of transparency in these investments, especially from some wealthy princes of Saudi Arabia, is a sign that the United States are losing their sovereignty.
