The new movie “William & Kate: A Royal Love Story” will tell the story of the hottest couple of the moment – Prince William and Kate Middleton – and it will be shot in Romania.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are the protagonists of a romantic biography, which reveals the backstage of one of the most powerful monarchies in the world. The film will be produced by Motion Picture Corporation of America (MPCA) for the Hallmark Channel.
The story begins with their first date when they were students, followed by William’s military service, separation of the two, reconciliation, engagement and wedding arrangements.
Jane Alexander will play Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, the grandmother of Prince William.
Kate Middleton’s character will be played by Alice St. Clair, a beautiful British actress at the beginning of her acting career. Dan Amboyer, a young actor who debuted in the series “Law & Order” will be the charming Prince William.
Shooting will begin this month and the premiere is expected to take place a week before the commemoration of the 14th anniversary of the death of Princess Diana in August this year.
The movie is directed by Linda Yellen, who, in 1982, produced for CBS “The Royal Romance of Charles and Diana”, the most successful film in television history, with Princess Diana and Prince Charles on the forefront.
