Pop star Justin Bieber announced his new album “My World Acoustic”m unveiling album art, and a new single – “Pray” – which will be available on the new release together with acoustic versions of his past releases.
“Pray” was presented as an optimistic and inspirational song, in which listeners would hear Bieber’s guitar together with other strings, congas and the cajon.
The new album will hit the market on November 26 and it will be sold exclusively in Wal-Mart stores. The album cover shows the pop star in a hoodie and leather jacket, holding an acoustic guitar, against a grey background featuring his signature haircut.
The tracklist on “My World Acoustic” includes all his previous successes – such as “One Time”, “Never Say Never” which was in the soundtrack of “Karate Kid”, as well as his biggest hit yet and lead song on “My World 2.0” – “Baby”.
Justin Bieber’s Twitter also marked a new milestone, as his account reached six million followers. The singer said that the phenomenon was unbelievable, as his own home town only has about 30,000 people. He also thanked his fans, as no one in his families has ever left town and he did not think it possible before.
