Norwegian Anders Breivik Behring, who admitted he committed the attacks of July 22 in Norway, has purchased part of the arsenal on eBay from British vendors, informs Sunday Telegraph.
The British newspaper, which stated that it had access to a list of online transactions made by Breivik in recent months, reports that he bought in November, about 500 grams of sulfur from a retailer in Enfield, using the e-Bay username “andrewbrei”.
The Norwegian bought through the same site, various tools and equipment from British suppliers, including a respiratory mask and protective overalls from a Birmingham professor living in the United States.
Breivik has also bought online a weapon and accessories from suppliers in China and the United States.
“My reaction when I heard what he did was shock and horror, but when the Sunday Telegraph said that I have been involved without knowing, the shock and horror has been multiplied tenfold”, said the British provider who supplied chemicals to Breivik.
British police declined to comment, stating only that they communicate Norwegian investigators.
Polish Internal Security Agency (ABW) announced Monday that Breivik bought from Poland on the Internet, legally chemicals that can be used to produce explosives.
Anders Behring Breivik, aged 32, is the author of the bombing of downtown Oslo and the Norwegian island Utoeya armed attack, resulting in 77 deaths.
