Sex is a good way of testing the vision

Sex relaxes muscles and reduces tension in shoulders and neck. Surprisingly, the sex can tell if a person does or doesn’t need glasses.

“We had patients who complained of vision problems after sex. Like any muscle in the body, the eyes were relaxed and worked at their real ability”, says doctor Arun Ghosh, a specialist in sexuality at Spire Hospital Liverpool.

Sex protects against heart disease

A study conducted at Queen University in Belfast found that sexual activity three times a week can halve the risk of heart attack. Another study says that women who have orgasms twice a week had a risk of developing heart disease 30% lower than those who did not have sex or orgasm.
