Many people are dehydrated, but although they are thirsty, they postpone consuming a glass of water. Others do not drink water all day and then forces the kidneys because they drink more than 1 liter in minutes. Here’s how and when to drink water. Those two liters of water should be distributed evenly throughout the day: 1 liter before 4 PM and to 1 liter after 4 PM.
